About the event
"Branching Out" This Saturday, take a morning dive into the world of your own creative experience. As the days grow long and warm, we ask ourselves, how am I branching out into the world? What am I reaching for? In this workshop, we explore these questions using the creative modalities of movement and dance, drawing, and poetic writing. We get out of our heads and into our bodies, and we use art-making to discover inner resources and ignite new directions for growth. Utilizing the Halprin Life/Art Process ® - a method of creative self-discovery that has been practiced for over fifty years – this workshop offers a supportive container for exploration. No prior dance or art experience necessary.
